About 1 in 5 public charging attempts fail — usually a charger that's down. HiON builds on the Tesla Supercharger network, the one drivers rank highest, and runs every site to one standard.
The goal is plain — it works on the first try.
Failure rate and satisfaction are industry-wide third-party findings about the Tesla network, not a HiON guarantee. Up to 325 kW on Tesla V4 hardware — your car charges at the highest rate it supports; real speed depends on your vehicle, its battery state, and how busy the station is.
