“Tesla,” “Supercharger,” and “Magic Dock” are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. HiON operates Tesla Superchargers on the Tesla network; it is not otherwise endorsed by or affiliated with Tesla, Inc.

Nominative use

HiON uses the names “Tesla,” “Supercharger,” and “Magic Dock” only to identify the charging equipment we operate and the vehicles compatible with it. We do not modify these marks, and our use does not imply Tesla's endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation beyond HiON's operation of Tesla Superchargers on the Tesla network.

Who we are

HiON builds and operates charging stations on the Tesla Supercharger network. Tesla operates the station software, billing, and the app you use to start a charge. The station, the place, and the brand on the pillar are HiON's.
